Street and Sidewalk Maintenance - May 26 to June 6 (Estimated, Subject to Weather)
In the April newsletter, we informed the community that maintenance on the community-owned streets and sidewalks would be scheduled.
- The work is scheduled to begin Tuesday, May 26 and continue until June 6, weather permitting.
- Areas to be repaired are marked with white spray paint.
- You may need to move your vehicles--see details below. The pool parking lot is available, of course.
- We will tow vehicles to the pool parking lot, if they have not been moved. This can get costly, so please move your cars.

Concrete work on sidewalks is scheduled to begin this Tuesday, May 26.
- If a sidewalk in front or near your house has been marked with white spray paint, you need to clear three parking spaces.
- Current concrete will be removed, forms will be built, and a concrete truck will pour new concrete—they need room to work.
- You will be able to park in spots after work has been completed.
Asphalt repair—like patching and filling potholes—is scheduled to be done on Friday, May 29.
- All areas to be repaired have also been marked with white spray paint.
- We expect minimal disruption of traffic flow with these repairs.
- If there is an area marked where you park, you will need to move vehicles.
- We will be able to drive on repair areas shortly after the work has been completed.
Asphalt cracks will be repaired with flexible sealant. Parking spot lines and house numbers will be repainted.
