Upcoming Events
Buy Nothing Junk in the Trunk #JITT
Saturday, May 2nd, 10:00 AM at 12:00 PM
This Saturday, May 2, from 10 am to 12 pm, our pool parking lot will host a Buy Nothing “Junk in the Trunk” (#JITT) event — like a community yard sale, but everything is free!
 
Buy Nothing is about neighbors gifting what they don’t need and receiving what they do — no buying, selling, or bartering, just sharing. Bring items to gift, browse neighbors’ offerings, and enjoy a morning of community sharing. Food trucks will be onsite selling crepes and coffee (the only things not free).
 
Everyone is welcome to attend. If you’d like to participate, join the local Facebook group: Buy Nothing – Cardinal Forest / Kings Park / Keene Mill.
 
Important: To prepare the lot for the event, please move all vehicles out of the pool parking lot by the evening of May 1. This ensures a safe, open space for setup and participants.

Help keep Danbury Forest beautiful. We’re organizing spring clean‑ups and small improvement projects throughout the season. Whether you can give one hour or lead a project, your help makes a real difference.
