Pool Rules and Regulations for 2020 Season
Reserve a pool time slot here: https://dfcapool.getomnify.com

Danbury Forest Community Members:

On behalf of the DFCA board and myself, we are pleased to announce the opening of our community pool.  A great deal of time, effort, research, and planning has occurred to open the pool in a manner that is safe for our members and guards.  Given the Governor’s rules and restrictions for Phase 2 and the CDC’s guidelines, we have developed the following DFCA pool operating procedures, rules, and restrictions.  Every community member MUST follow these procedures for us to keep the pool open this summer.  If you are a parent, please be sure your child or children understand the rules and the importance of following these rules.  As time passes and restrictions are lifted by the government, we may adjust these operating procedures, rules, and restrictions. If you have any questions or concerns at all, please email contact@danburyforest.org

OPENING DAY IS MONDAY, JUNE 15TH AT 2:00 P.M.
AFTER THAT HOURS ARE LISTED BELOW.

The number one and most important rule:  If you have or have had any symptoms of COVID-19 within two weeks, DO NOT COME TO THE POOL.

I acknowledge and agree that the Association has put rules and regulations in place as preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19; however, the Association cannot guarantee that patrons will not become infected with COVID-19 as a result of using the pools facilities.  Further, coming to the pool facilities could increase my risk of contracting COVID-19. I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that I may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by attending the pools and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death.

I know this may seem excessive to some, but this is the only way we can utilize our pool.  Given the limited number of people who can be in the pool at one time, please be courteous and limit your time in the pool if you notice others waiting.  Thank you.
