The Danbury Forest Babysitting Co-op
Maximum Member Families: 22
Current Member Families: 22
Families on Waiting List: 1
The Danbury Forest Babysitting Cooperative consists of a maximum of 22 families in our community who trade babysitting among themselves. New member families must be sponsored by an active member in good standing for at least six months. The prospective member must be well known to the sponsor. The sponsor accepts the responsibility to assure the membership that the prospective member is a responsible person with whom members can comfortably leave their children and with whom they would leave their own children. Each family may occupy only one slot. A prospective member and their sponsor must review the by-laws and attend one meeting prior to acceptance into the Co-op.
The Coop was founded in 1996.
